I saw tina as my friend told me she was good and I had high expectations. I go in asking for aura nails and as she is filing my nails she cuts the side of them twice and continues to not apologize. I asked her if she could do “aura nails” before the appointment and she said it was no problem. When she did them they didn’t look anything like the picture and she did it completely wrong. I got my nails done with my friend and she had a nail design in mind. She showed it to the lady and just stated doing whatever she wanted without even following what my friend asked her to do. She also added so many coats that she Felt like her nails were too weak now. Her name was Jamie.
