Briannis was super sweet and did a fantastic job. TNG Pines is a wonderful place to get your nails done.
Be Aware: The Nail Garden Pines Refused to Honor a Valid Gift Certificate My daughter received a $60 gift certificate to The Nail Garden Pines in November 2024. When we attempted to use it yesterday, the receptionist told us it had “expired after five months.” After reviewing Florida law, I found that gift certificates for spa services—even from small businesses—cannot legally expire unless they meet specific exceptions (such as being issued for a charitable promotion or as an employee incentive with proper disclosure). Today I have a gel mani and pedi done and I had the worst experience possible. Let’s start off with the fact that the nail tech was super rough with my hands and cut me on almost every other finger. Then she asked me to wait after I had an appointment so that she could have lunch and I waited for her about 15 minutes. On top of everything she left my feet soaking in ice cold water and when I asked her if she could make it hot she said the sink bowls don’t do that. So what exactly am I paying for?
