Just had my nail done. Sarah has provided a fantastic service! She is fast, super nice, and very skilled! Price is also very reasonable. I have visited many salons, this time is very impressive. I will visit again. Thanks Sarah!!
There are only two nail techs here who actually know what they're doing. The rest of this salon is a complete disaster. Most can't do nails properly, ... terrible job, struggle with even basic services and carry a bad attitude on top of it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Not recommended, and I will never be going back.
Terrible Service . Stay Far Away This is one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. Unless you’re spending a lot of money, they don’t value you as a customer. If you say you’re unhappy with something, they will literally ban your email so you can’t book online again … forcing you to call in, and then no one wants to help. Went with my friend and the nails were great however they didn’t realize my friend was Vietnamese as well so they were talking shit about us. They said “why is this girl getting a basic design here? If she wanted to do a cheap design, she should’ve gone to a cheaper store.” And then the nails that my friend got were a more detailed design. The girl that did my friends nails made them uneven and then when it came to the design she rushed it and it ended up not what she wanted. It is clear they are quite inexperienced.
