The worse place ever .the guy did my pedicure was in hurry within 6 minutes my pedicure was done .i complained manager about it but she didn’t do anything or say anything to the guy .i asked how many minutes does it take to get pedicure she replied 20 minutes so how mine was done in 6 minutes .she said your feet are clean so it means if my feet are dirty it will take 20 minutes.just wasted my $35 for no reason .i don’t recommend this place to anyone .please don’t go there to waste your money .
First time going to this shop the process for the pedicure is very different they rinse your feet with the dirty water that was used to soak Your feet in and all the dead skin they removed from your feet and the nails they cut off all that is in the water that they rinse you feet with very different usually the feet are rinsed with fresh clean water after all the removal is done. the service a requested has a message included which is the spa pedicure which I did not receive either I won’t be coming back here it seems they t... read more
I’ve been coming here since I moved to Greenville five months ago and have had a great experience every time. They do quality builder gel, my nails always look great, and I’ve been really happy with their work. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about wait times, and while I understand that can be frustrating, this is also a young, immigrant run business that is clearly working hard and building their clientele. On yesterday my husband and came to Nail boutique. I wanted just a good pedicure husband wanted a manicure & pedicure. Walked in we were greeted asking, what type of service we want it? So, I ended up with the pargent lady my husband had new lady. The pargent lady bunt me by removing my skin using a filing tool which made me jerk my foot back she did apologize but come on. I had such a great experience at The Nail Boutique! I added gel polish to my pedicure, and it was absolutely worth it. Tom did an amazing job—I can honestly say it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. He took his time and paid attention to every detail, making sure all of the dead skin was removed and using the drill bits to perfectly prep my nails.
