On yesterday my husband and came to Nail boutique. I wanted just a good pedicure husband wanted a manicure & pedicure. Walked in we were greeted asking, what type of service we want it? So, I ended up with the pargent lady my husband had new lady. The pargent lady bunt me by removing my skin using a filing tool which made me jerk my foot back she did apologize but come on. My first time getting a pedicure and I picked the best place for my first one. The environment is super chill and professional. I had a great time and I'll definitely be back!
Update: Replying to Nail Boutique’s reply to me. I arrived at 3:15 pm yes. No one said to me that my nail tech would be with me. He was just filing the other customers nail. Another tech said : do you want a pedicure after I said I was there for my 3:30 builder gel appt. I left at 3:40 after no one recognized my appt or a time frame. I recently ( approximately 3 weeks ago) I went to the nail boutique for the first time. I chose a pedicure and builder gel manicure as my services. Things went well and I made a subsequent appointment for a builder gel manicure ( with the male staff member for Friday , June 5th). When I arrived ( 10 minutes early) I told the staff I was there for my 3:30 pm nail appointment. 3:30 comes and goes and I realize the staff member is just getting started on a nail appointment with a different customer.
