When I pulled up to the salon today I saw a sign that said under new management. The inside is completely a different salon. There were 4 employees just sitting at their nail stations without any customers and when I walked in one asked "Can we help you?" I said I wanted a pedicure and they all started talking to each other in another language. Noboday got up or even said anything to me, I just walked over to get my color. I've been coming here for a while. Staff seems to change completely about every year without warning. I am very particular about my nails and I had finally found someone who did them well, Nicole. I called and made an appointment with Nicole, went in to see a completely different staff who explained that Nicole was gone. I was so mad. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I made an appointment with her specifically!? Just wondering where everyone went and why nothing was said to clients.
I just moved to Vegas and needed a new nail spot... loved this place. I think i just found my new nail spot!!!
The staff is the best and their nail art is amazing! I'll definitely be back next time.
I've had type 1 diabetes for 19 years, but i've been getting pedicures my whole life (I'm very lucky to have had a mom with a "no naked toes" rule). When nerve damage took over my feet last year, I had to put serious consideration into where I would be indulging in pedis. At the Nail Room, I've never had the slightest concern or questioned cleanliness or hygiene. I'll give a 3 because it's clean and she followed the pedicure I picked ..kind of I got the deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage and a massage at the end I barely got my cuticles clipped hot stone she did for about 5 minutes and my massage ...the most pampering massage as it describes was her putting lotion on my legs. ..... barely because she had a client that came in at 2 she left didn't even acknowledge that she was done took off n started her client bad service nice salon I think she was the owner I believe because she... read more
I've always had a hard time finding a nail place I can go to that can do designs as well as a really good job of manicure is Nicole and John are fantastic my nails are awesome they even convince me to do a coffin Style and their designs are phenomenal
