If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently my daughter made two appointments but her confirmation email only included one time. She thought at that point she only had one appointment. She was 10 minutes late being brought back and asked for an add on service. Which they have a menu for on the table. She inquired about the add on and was told there was not enough time. No problem. Taylor was amazing! She is so easy to talk to and had amazing attention to detail! Best mani and pedi!!
Graceyn was so sweet and did wonderful with a long overdue pedicure and also a gel builder manicure. She was attentive and very detailed! Great experience !
