The staff was nice but not experienced. Unfortunately, my French manicure looks like I did it myself with my non-dominant hand. Edit: It may be best to find the right tech. I believe 1-6 are the best techs. Anything beyond 6 is a gamble.

This place varies on the quality of service. I’ve gotten a pedicure twice they do fine it’s not a complicated service and most of all their work lasts on my nails! So no complaints there. The last time the lady who did my nails was so sweet and offered a menu to look at the prices and really took her time even though they seemed busy. This time it definitely felt rushed and they charged me more than last time even though I received the same service. I was a little confused also because there was no pricing menu provided. Absolutely horrible salon. Staff was rude from the moment I walked in. I had long natural almond shaped nails when I came in looking for a fresh gel manicure and trim. After roughly removing my old manicure the artist jaggedly cut my nails and did the most awful job at filing I’ve ever seen. When I complained about them being uneven she did not understand what was wrong with them so I just left without new color. They also made me pay them via Venmo which is sketchy.

No idea why this place got such high reviews. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I wanted a true red polish on fingers and toes, which I thought would be easy for any salon to accommodate. Somehow I ended up with pink toes and decided to forego the manicure since the color dip (still) I was presented did not match its corresponding number. The pedicure was fine in terms of quality, but I won’t be back.

I visited the salon to get an overlay, but my nails kept breaking—five have broken so far. I’ve spent weeks going back to get them fixed. For my second full set, a different technician did my nails, but even then, my thumb broke. When I returned to the shop to have it fixed, the male technician who did my nails the first time (and caused most of them to break- he sits in the front of the salon) insisted on fixing them again. Unfortunately, the nail was split across the middle, causing me significant pain. Naturally, I tensed... read more
