I had Nexgen done by Nancy less than a week ago and 3 have come off. I requested a refund and they said no cash refunds but they did offer to repair. I will not be back.
Edited after new owner took over: went one time, was turned off was just like any other nail salon. Not going back. Lost the family homey feel. Wasn't told of new owner until I arrived and my appointment was changed to another technician. Just finished my mani at the Nail Bar! I had the best service by all of the women. Eliana, Erika Sio, and Rosie were absolutely fabulous! They were attentive and did did a fabulous job with me and ever customer that came in.

Went in today with my MIL and my little one she's 2 and had a great pedicure by Erica. My MIL also enjoyed her pedicure. They were also great with my little one she wanted her nails done and they took the time to paint her nails and toes and she was in heaven! I will Definitely be returning!

Went in today with my daughter and granddaughter, we were all pampered and well taken care of by the staff! They did such a great job on my cuticles! Clean and esthetic atmosphere I loved it!! Will definitely spread the word and be back as a regular. Thank you Sio
I was there a couple of weeks ago. I got the best, amazing, professional, clean service by Rocio Brito. I will always go back to her. As the place is clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. But if you want to be more than satisfied ask for Rocio Brito, she is totally awesome
