Thu is an amazing nail tech. 10/10 would recommend. But the establishment is not a place I can continue to support. I called and expressed that two of my nails had chipped less than a week within getting them done in their shop. I was informed that I would be able to come the following day and have them fixed, even with them knowing the original nail tech would not be in to fix them. I usually love coming to this nail salon and have had many positive experiences here, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. My husband and I booked a couples pedicure and arrived on time for our appointment. Although it was close to closing time, the salon accepted our appointment, so I expected the same level of service and attention that customers normally receive. My first time here and it was an amazing experience. I was welcomed very professional and Warm like! They communicated my wait time immediately took me to my chair, offered me a complimentary beverage, In which I ordered champagne, I Felt very welcomed here I got a spa pedicure by a guy named Noo , He was very sweet and very comforting and did an amazing job on my French pedicure! Thank you guys for this amazing experience ! Will be back
