I’m really disappointed with my recent experience — this salon has gone downhill. I had a 10:00 a.m. manicure/pedicure appointment but wasn’t seen until 10:20 a.m. Then I was seated in a broken pedicure chair that was fully reclined and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it very uncomfortable. The nail technician was extremely rough with the electric file — my nails were burning, and she left them feeling uneven and coarse. Had my nails done 2 weeks ago. Service is not worth the fee! I’ve been more than twice to give a chance. Some ladies are good some are not especially the young girls they don’t give quality service.

I had a wonderful experience here. Kim was incredibly patient and gentle, and she did an amazing job on my solar gel manicure. I requested that my nails be thin, not thick like they were from another salon, and she delivered perfectly! The staff was friendly and happy, and the salon was very clean. I noticed that if a staff member didn’t have a client, they were always cleaning, which I really appreciated.
