I was debating leaving a review, but I think it’s important to share my experience. I walked into the salon in the morning to book an appointment for my lunch break. The two girls who booked my appointment were very helpful and clearly explained the difference between bio gel and powder. I specifically chose bio gel because I wanted a more natural look and something less damaging for my nails. My go-to place. I typically call the week of or day of to book an appointment because it is busy at times for walk in’s.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this nail salon. The service was extremely poor, and the older lady who did my nails was unbelievably rough the entire time. While removing and applying my new set, she kept hurting my hands to the point of leaving small scars, and she had to apologize five or six times because she kept causing pain. When she was filing my nails, she did it so aggressively that my nails still hurts.I had to tell her multiple times that she was being too rough, but she didn’t seem to care.
