DO NOT COME HERE. Very racist and LOW CLASS. I came in around 5 PM, calm and ready to spend my money. I had a reference photo, a clear vision, and a simple request. What I got in return was the complete opposite of a good experience. My nail tech became visibly irritated the moment I asked about pricing and pointed out an issue with my nails. I used to love this place! Ever since Sam left the front desk, the customer service has gone downhill. The technicians seem to rush through appointments instead of taking their time to provide quality service. I went in today for a pedicure, which took over an hour, and when I got home, one of my nail tips had already fallen off. That’s completely unacceptable. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Nail Bar today! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist, and the excellent customer service continued throughout my entire visit. “D” was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet, patient, and incredibly gentle with my hands. His attention to detail was outstanding, and my nails turned out absolutely beautiful—I couldn’t be happier! My friend received an eyebrow service at this salon and was left with visible injuries above both eyebrows afterward. The injuries were documented with photos. What should have been a routine beauty service resulted in pain and concern about healing and potential scarring. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reviews its procedures to help prevent this from happening to future clients.
