If you want horrible customer service and your nails to break within 2 days. CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH TERRIBLE NAIL SHOP!
This shop is very nice and clean. I have visited 3 other shops in the same proximity and it was horrible. Finally found this place and the prices are very reasonable and your nails and feet looks great!
Got a classic pedi and was a nice clean up to my rough feet. Nails looked great! Got a eyebrow and lip wax which the shape looked great but they clean up your face with baby oil which I hated. Had to go straight home and was my face. After my waxing I looked at the wax jar and it left me wondering if she double dipped the stick. I will go back but pedi or Mani only no more waxing here.
I always have the best experience when I come here. Lynn takes such great care of me, I love their selection of colors & my pedicures are always relaxing & thorough. I've never had a problem here and I would recommend this salon to anyone! Best in pooler by far!
Horrible customer service! Asked for a shellac polish but was charged for a manicure. After trying to explain to Lynn the owner I assume she refused to adjust the price and only offered a 3 dollar refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want excellent service for affordable prices Serenity on hwy 80 is the place to go!
Love, love love this salon. Lynn, the owner has done my nails and eyebrows for the last two years. She keeps a very clean business and ensures that her customers are happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this clean new salon.
