I’ve had a very positive experience with The Myers Realty Group Inc. and specifically with Mike. Recently, around 10pm, I discovered a leak behind a wall at one of the rental properties. I reached out to Mike and he immediately helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. It turned out to be the hot water line leaking, and he calmly walked me through how to shut off the hot water for the night so I wouldn’t lose water to the entire house. Me and my sister have had the most positive experience with the Myers. They have great service people that respond very quickly. They keep their properties in great condition and are very responsive when ever we have issues. Anne and Mike are the best! 😊

Do not do business with these people. I would avoid they will try to take all your money and take you to court. Make sure you keep the pre walkthrough inspection report and take pictures. They will also try to do random inspections (vent cleaning or pest control) to try to spy on you (if you have a pet, roommate or any damages).

The Myers Realty Group is a wonderful mom and pop company run by The Myers, Anne and Mike. I can't for the life of me understand all of the negative reviews they have! We've lived in one of the properties they manage for the last three years and it's been simply the best renting experience I've ever had. If we have an issue we call, and if nobody answers we leave a voice mail and they send someone right away. No problem has ever gone longer than 24 hours without being addressed. Terrible company, never get back to you unless it's convenient for them, only care about money and not the renters themselves. Be very wary of them, specifically after move out - document everything you see before in and after move in, they will use it all against you and even hide things so that they can use over you later. Would NOT recommend
