I have never ever had a problem with a single person working behind the desk nor phones let that be known. But god. The newest update to their mobile banking app is so Jenky and scuffed. There is a difference between functioning and making the functions fluid for your users.
If you are looking for an alternative to the big banks, this isn't it. Their systems are slow, their cards don't tap properly, and if a customer has an issue you will need to wait in line for 15 minutes whilst every teller tries to solve it, discuss it, phone their friends, and then regroup and decompress about the hard time they had. To top it all off their app is garbage and every single action requires 2FA. Not functional, I have to call to verify over silly things that over banks don’t ask you to, this would be fine if the call hours were more accessible. Not suitable for someone who works full time.
