Their systems are slow, their cards don't tap properly, and if a customer has an issue you will need to wait in line for 15 minutes whilst every teller tries to solve it, discuss it, phone their friends, and then regroup and decompress about the hard time they had. Not functional, I have to call to verify over silly things that over banks don’t ask you to, this would be fine if the call hours were more accessible. Not suitable for someone who works full time.
