The worse staff. On phones while taking care of valet parking and could even speak to young lady at front desk because she was on phone while I checked in.
Our room was not ready. By 4:30pm, our ladies were forced to change and freshen up in the hotel lobby restroom in order to make the surprise birthday party on time.
