About this business

Situated in the Nolita neighborhood of New York, The Musket Room offers a range of unique dishes from New Zealand. Nice environment, great service and pretty good cocktails. We had the ‘Short Story’ 6-course tasting menu, it was a very enjoyable tasty meal. The diver scallop (served on dry-ice) was really fresh. The quail dish was off the hook, meat so tendered and delicious. The New Zealand beef filet was nicely cooked and really flavorful. A well deserved Michelin Star restaurant.

This is a nice restaurant that lacks the pinch of a memorable meal. We went there to do a tasting menu with wine pairing. The wine was good. I only remember the white chocolate dearest melting in my mouth.. other courses were just Ok. I wouldn't do a tasting menu there again, but would come back for an a la carte dinner
