Not only is this a great place to get in shape but the folks who own it are legit GREAT!!! I think they actually enjoy what they do!
I was scared at first thinking I would feel out of place but they were there every step encouraging me and now I’m addicted���� they best place to work out in Waco
Franny and Doug are two of the most wonderful people around! They are always there to help you reach you fitness goals and push you to the next level! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert they will get you where you want to be! They are not only amazing trainers and motivators they are great friends! I truly love this place, what they offer, and how they treat you!
Love it! Love the battles ropes class! Owners are awesome and everyone is friendly! Come check this place out folks get yourself in good shape!!
The owners are super nice, they are always happy to see you. The work outs they provide is beyond the small amount I pay for the classes. They always motivate me. Best place I have ever worked out at.
