Great place to work out and positive folks. Great parking lot for me to pull in with my 18 wheeler with or without 53' trailer and get an hour workout in. I'm glad I was introduced to the Muscle Cave by a friend back in April and stuck with it even after she quit on me. Thank you Doug and Fran for great workouts.

RecommendedThe Muscle Cave is amazing!! I came to classes for a week while I was on vacation. The classes were fun and challenging and really pushed me. The owners were also extremely nice and helpful. If I lived in the Waco area I would be a full time member!

Not just saying this cause I teach there, but this gym is amazing! Lots of support, they keep things fun, fresh and interesting too!! It’s worth checking out! Some of the most original classes and activities in Waco!

Really love this place , there so much motivation and positivity , I’ll like to thank Nina for introducing me to this place. It helps me get fit and stronger for when I go off to play soccer at the collegiate level. But also, makes me feel better. Really recommend this place to anyone who is really trying to get fit and live a healthier life. Franny and Doug are such wonderful people and I’m thankful that I got to meet them.
I went to my first class today and I loved it! I did the boot camp! Everybody was super friendly and supportive! I had a strawberry/kiwi post workout shake and it was so delicious! Oh and I am so sore but I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Franny and Doug! �
