Beautiful condominium with exceptional convenient location in Center City with easy walks to Rittenhouse Sq, Schuylkill Banks Trail, 30th St Station, SEPTA subway and Trader Joe's.
Great place to stay great customer service
Very nasty environment, starting with the people at the reception desk and continuing to the ones at the administration and maintenance. I was there only for three months but I was ready to say: "leave or die". Being a single woman, they took advantage by overcharging, being nasty or just not cooperating when ready to move. Happy to be able to move!
