DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is non existent. They never responds to emails or answer phone calls. There has been at least 3 or 4 different "managers" over the span of maybe 6 months. They are all inefficient and horrible. We heard from multiple people that the owners of the apartment building bring a terrible culture to the staff working here. Poor place to live. Thin walls. Can hear everything that's going on in other apartments. There's no place to throw away old garbage such as mattress or garbage cans. Said you'll have to arrange a mover on your own dime to do so. The manager Eric has a bad attitude. And don't know how to talk to people. Wouldn't advise anyone to move here ever!

Update (June 2026): I've been a resident for 2+ years now and since the original management changed I continue to be frustrated with each new management that follows, especially the current. They are never on the property, communication is terrible, the ledger is always wrong, and the price you pay does not reflect the quality of the building/unit. One of the elevators never works. 2 weeks ago I would have given this property 5 stars. But they fired the best manager they ever had and replaced her with someone.. that blatantly told me she didn't know how to help me. She called the old manager told her who was in the office and asked her what to do. Nikki, showed amazing grace and actually helped her to solve my issue. Do you know how many parole would have hung up. But nikki cares about the tenants and the owner cares about her being Muslim, in a building with 36 muslims. This place has went downhill. Besides from the property manager who never answers your concerns or emails, the loud terrifying fire alarms in the middle of the night, and not the best surrounding area this place was once an okay place to live. UPDATE: since they changed management for the 5th time. My biggest frustration with this new manager Nikia is how rude she is to tenants face but also behind our back.
