Management is horrible. They are inconsistent, uncommunicative, and don't take resident concerns seriously. A pipe burst in a neighboring apartment on thanksgiving, leading to my entire apartment, surrounding apartments, and common areas being flooded. This is unsafe and unsanitary for residents, as water has seeped underneath the vinyl flooring across multiple apartments, which will certainly cause mold. The Mural’s current property management company is abysmal. After signing a lease this summer, we received no information about our move-in and received no response from management despite numerous attempts to contact via phone and email. We didn’t receive a response from Eshe, the property manager, until we contacted the CEO of the asset management company who was able to escalate the issue. The new management is not attentive and no addressing tenants concerns or needs. Tho I understand new management is still “adjusting” it’s been two months since they’ve been here and I’ve brought up concerns and complaints that have still not been addressed. Don’t live here. The management of this building are not doing what they are suppose to and makes residents want to leave.
