This place is advertised as Luxury but there was nothing luxury about my move in experience. It was a headache. Nothing was coordinated. My keys weren’t even provided on the move in date. The current property manager Nikita doesn’t respond to any messages. The quality in property management has gone down hill. They don't respond to your calls and emails and I even had unscheduled people just come into my apartment. No notice of what was going on or why they were there. They are constantly having issues with tenant parking and people parking in others tenant spots. The place has really gone to pieces in the two years that I have been here. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease.
I love this building! The building manager is so personable, and attentive! And to finally have someone in the building that I can relate to. Quite a few of us were talking about this the other day. Wondering if we could invite her to break fast with us! She actually cares and takes the time to break down the charges, she knocks on the door and waits for an answer Instead of just barging in like one of the owners does. This property has gone through so many managers and none of them are particularly missed. We now have one of the most considerate, understanding woman in the office, Nikia, She takes her time to explain things, she comes to work on time, responds to email and answers the phone!! What a breath of fresh air. She talks to us like shes kown us for years. I hope she sticks around. We need someone with compassion and not the "better than" attitude that we've seen in the past.
We moved into this building in April 2024—the same year it opened. Tezra was our leasing agent, and Liz served as the property manager at the time. They were a strong team, and I believe only a small number of tenants remain from those early days. Like many new residents, we were drawn in by the building’s newness and pristine aesthetic.
