The new management is not attentive and no addressing tenants concerns or needs. Tho I understand new management is still “adjusting” it’s been two months since they’ve been here and I’ve brought up concerns and complaints that have still not been addressed. Don’t live here. The management of this building are not doing what they are suppose to and makes residents want to leave.

Obviously still showing growing pains. I called to schedule a tour and the person who answered has seemingly never operated a phone before. I could hear computer clicking and paper russling for over a minute while I just kept up my "Hello? Hellooooo?". I have a very feminine voice and introduced myself with a female name but the woman called me sir and told me they are closed all day today, a Monday.
