Worst management team ever especially Teresa, lying in court. I have BLACK MOLD in my house from unaddressed water leak ( starting with water seeping through my floor/ heard other residents dealing with same issue) that was COVERED UP by drywall and flooring. It was hard getting someone to come out for emergency maintenance to even address this issue. I haven’t been in my house since May 2025 with management telling me they will credit me for my relocation until work is finished. I paid out of pocket expenses for everything.... read more
Shoutout to Haneen for being very helpful throughout the entire move-in process. From touring to signing the lease, she answered any questions I had in a timely manner and made sure I got a really good updated apartment. Only giving it a 4 because I moved in this week but if all continues to go well this place will get a 5 because I have always wanted to live in the city and this seems like a great apartment.
Haneen was very helpful and made the process smooth from start to finish. She was easy to communicate with and kept things moving along. Overall, it was a straightforward and stress-free experience!
