The apartments okay overall, but unfortunately they were not very clean and some things were not functioning properly. However, the administration responds quickly and tries to resolve issues. Haneen Mundia is especially responsive and genuinely tries to help, which we really appreciated.
I have the absolute best leasing and management team. Teresa is so great anytime I have any issues or needs they are addressed immediately with a follow up call. She is a rock star. Thank you for all you do Teresa big and little. It matters
not worth it. at first glance, it's a nice place. but then: - most of the time 2/3 elevators are broken - the lobby always smells like urine - over summer, every time i visited the gym, the thermostat was at 80 degrees. In SUMMER - maintenance "fixed" my leaky bathtub three times, it still dripped - A/C regularly broke - the garage door would get stuck closed at least once a month, or they would just leave it open, which makes it not a secure garage anymore - the ceiling in the garage is crumbling. Things have turned very sour here. Our Utilities Billing is managed by a 3rd party named EMS3 also out of Pennsylvania and our bills continue to go up. We are not allowed to speak to each other as tenants about the issue, or even call EMS3 for if you do, you will be threatened by PMC with eviction as I was. The building has rats and the lobby and basement often smells of decaying rats. The garage door is often stuck open instead of closing which leaves the basement wide open to thieves and I had my car broken into which PMC ... read more
