Very nice apartment layouts and the building is pretty, but the HVAC is ancient, the mailroom/mailbox is flawed (I've lived here for 3 months and I still cant receive mail), and there is rarely a concierge even though they said that someone is there after hours. Don't look at this as a permanent thing. This is a great temporary lease.
I initially loved it as it was a huge improvement over my last apartement in the Northeast which would have rated a 1 on the 5 star scale. However once you live at a rental long enough you are able to better assess the pros and cons of daily life. The pros are many and the cons are slowly being remedied but not fast enough to garner a 5 star review. Pros: 1. Nice Amenities inside the apartment. My move in experience was overall very positive, Haneen was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the property. She tried her very best to give me the best deal and I am so thankful! I have an amazing apartment with modern finishes.
