Worst management team ever especially Teresa, lying in court. I have BLACK MOLD in my house from unaddressed water leak ( starting with water seeping through my floor/ heard other residents dealing with same issue) that was COVERED UP by drywall and flooring. It was hard getting someone to come out for emergency maintenance to even address this issue. I haven’t been in my house since May 2025 with management telling me they will credit me for my relocation until work is finished. I paid out of pocket expenses for everything.... read more
Shoutout to Haneen for being very helpful throughout the entire move-in process. From touring to signing the lease, she answered any questions I had in a timely manner and made sure I got a really good updated apartment. Only giving it a 4 because I moved in this week but if all continues to go well this place will get a 5 because I have always wanted to live in the city and this seems like a great apartment.
Haneen was very helpful and made the process smooth from start to finish. She was easy to communicate with and kept things moving along. Overall, it was a straightforward and stress-free experience!
I worked with Haneen during the move in process and she made it really smooth and easy. She did an amazing job! I moved in January and fell in love with the apt. As others has mentioned, you get some nice amenities in the apt, such as nice granite countertops, stove and otr microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher. I’ve had no pest or rodent issues. (2016) Love the place - Clean, contemporary, attached valet garage, centrally located, (Never have an issue or concern with my car - Antonio, Tamrat, Emmanuel, Stanley, and the crew are very courteous and responsible) It's a couple of blocks walk from Inner Harbor. Better pricing than many in the area.
