I definitely understand that there is a delay in everything right now, but my husband and I have called there 4 times now in the span of a week, left detailed messages as requested, and no one has answered or called back. We were just trying to place an order, but will not be using their services now.

RecommendedI have used Mulch Masters for years and just love the customer service I get from them. They work hard to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend them if you need anything for your yard. The spring season is so important when gardening on a large scale it helps to have people who will work with you. And the drivers are all so nice.
Let me start by saying what an excellent experience. We have been looking for some landscaping rocks to put down around our screen porch and grilling area, but we wanted something that looked natural and complemented the house. The #57 stone is excellent - the size and colors (black, gray, tan) were perfect. Everybody in the office were very helpful and friendly. Having the owner deliver the stone was amazing and to hear the story behind Mulch Masters was great. Thank you.
