I have been calling this place for 3 weeks about one of their listings and no one ever answers the phone - I also called Terry Mestro directly and never received a call back from her either.

Terrible experience and having to go to court now for my 2000$ back that I had to put into escrow.... I had a contract signed with a contingency on home inspection which I failed.

Terri Mestro was awesome! It can’t be easy dealing with owners 2,400 miles away, but Terri pulled it off. The property sold much quicker than I anticipated. Terri knows the local market and priced the property accordingly. She was easy to get in touch with and responded to questions and or issues promptly. I highly recommend Terri.
Complete lack of attention to my sale. I spent more time with vendors, than she did. I accepted to sell at a lower price for a quicker closing. Instead of assisting, I ended up working with the lawyer exclusively to ensure I had everything in order. My planned closing date missed due to my (the seller) lack of necessary paperwork.
