We had the three-man team of Angel, Gio, and Brian handling our in-town move. They were very friendly and fun, responsive to our ideas and questions, honest and fair, and generally quite self-sufficient. We did end up with a few extra dings and chips in some furniture and wall fixtures, but nothing major. The amazing crew from Pack-It far surpassed our expectations. Mark, Eric, Mario, Gio and Angel worked like crazy, taking the stairs 2 at a time to get us moved on schedule. Everyone was extremely professional, and any little glitches that came up were dealt with promptly and effectively. I recently watched my son's move in Chicago, so I have a basis for comparison. Awesome job. Mark Mario and Isaac were very professional and speedy. They were careful with all the delicate and fragile boxes . We have had several big moves in our time and this was the best experience with a moving co we have ever had. We highly recommend them and it made our move alot less stressful. Extremely unprofessional! They broke my daughter's dresser... Took forever to load and unload our belongings as one guy was too busy talking and taking his time. I was told that they would fix the dresser. They "forgot" about it. I called to remind them. An appointment was scheduled but of course, nobody showed up. I was not at all surprised. They even left their dolly and a moving blanket at my house. It's still here though I've thought about selling them to try to make up for the loss of the damaged dresser. The person who... read more
