If I could, I would rate zero stars. This company is TERRIBLE! I hired this company to move a 1bd apt a week after I had surgery. Not only were they late upon arrival, they were unprepared, unprofessional, and discriminatory against. One mover in particular, was cussing, picking fights with other residents and broke about 3 boxes full of glass, and had footprints all over my mattress. CARELESS. We can gladly refund the time inconvenienced which came to 1hr of pay. We are not able to move you for free unfortunately as you recieved a service and it was completed in full. Thank you, thank you!!!! Spoke to Roger last night and he got me two movers this morning! They even came an hour and a half earlier which I told them earlier the better, so I truly appreciate that. They handled everything with care and were in and out! From packing up to unloading at the new place, they were done in under 2 hours! I'm very impressed and couldn't thank them more!
