Mr. McCaulley repeated misrepresented himself as having a buyer interested in my FSBO home. After informing him I intended to sell FSBO but was offering a a commission to any buyer's agent, he repeatedly tried to pressure me into signing a listing contract, and that if I listed with him then he'd pair me up with his mysterious buyer who apparently wasn't interested unless Mr. McCaulley could get the entire 7% commission. Grant and the MOVEQC team went above and beyond to make the selling experience as enjoyable as possible. They tackled challenges head on and were very resourceful in moving the process forward. I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to help me resolve inspection issues to keep closing on track.
