I was experiencing constant low back and hip pain that prevented me from exercising at all. Dr. Joe helped me get back into a normal routine, and now I am squatting and running pain free again. So thankful for all of the guidance and knowledge given to me by The Movement Doctor!

I don't have the words to express my gratitude for the Movement Dr. and their programming. For the first 5 months of 2020 I dealt with sciatic pain because my L5 was laying over my S1 and was continually pinching that nerve. After my MRI, I was told the only solution to my problem was surgery. I connected with CJ and Joe and they put me on the path to my healing. After a month and a half I felt about 100% better and will never look back. I'll recommend The Movement Dr. any day.

I worked with CJ in the past when I was dealing with chronic back pain. Within six weeks my pain had diminished and I was back to my normal strength training routine. He is very knowledgable when it comes to rehab. I highly recommend him to anyone who is currently dealing with an injury or for anyone who is looking to improve their athletic performance!

I had broken the 5th metacarpal of my left hand, which controls the rotation of my pinky finger. After surgery, CJ worked with me several weeks. From barely moving it to being able to make a fist, CJ did an extraordinary job; you can't even tell it was ever affected. Thanks, CJ!

I developed lower back pain after squatting too heavy too soon. Just a couple months after seeing The Movement Dr. and following the plan he laid out for me, my low back pain is gone and I'm squatting pain free.

This is the second time that I’ve reached out to CJ for help with soft tissue pain in my posterior chain. This time, I learned that all of the things that I was doing to self treat, were actually causing more pain. After speaking with CJ over Zoom video, he was able to modify my workouts and add some exercises to allow me to heal and strengthen the area causing me the pain. I was advised by two different doctors that I needed a hip replacement. My son, who is a CrossFit coach recommended I contact CJ. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak CJ conducted the evaluation through Zoom. He evaluated my range of motion and showed me some movements I could incorporate into my normal workout routine. The results have been outstanding. My range of motion has increased and I believe I can keep improving and skip the hip replacement. Thanks CJ!

I’ve had shoulder pain for just over two years. I went to PT in the beginning. It didn’t help. My doctor said surgery was next option to repair a torn rotator cuff. I wasn’t ready for that. So I basically stopped doing overhead exercises and dealt with the pain. I saw a friend’s review about CJ and thought I’d give him a call. First visit he explained a ton of stuff to me and gave me a few exercises to do at home. Two weeks later I’m lifting overhead and the pain is almost nonexistent.
