I have only been going to Dr.John for about a month & a half & I can not begin to tell you how amazing I feel! This place is fantastic. When I first came to Dr. Paul, I had chronic headaches with neck and shoulder pain, as well as numbness in my arms and fingers for the past 25 years. I thought I’d have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. Doctors had no idea how to help me, aside from prescribing addictive pain medication. When I was having neck pain, Dr. Paul was able to diagnose and treat it with adjustments and specific exercises. Now with weekly visits I hardly ever have neck pain. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly! They were also able to help with exercises for my knee pain. I can move without pain! Thank you Dr. Paul and the Movement staff!
