RecommendedWe usually stay at cookie cutter hotels, but we stayed at the Mount Vernon Inn and were so pleasantly surprised. It was such a charming place. From the garden, to the staff to the made to order breakfast, everything was special. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was nicely decorated and the shower was fantastic. i reserved a room on sunday....and plans changed and they said if they can't rent the room out....i would still have to pay full price. They were extremely rude and the manager sounded disgusted to even talk to someone

Amazing! Very clean, easy parking, great location to all Mount Vernon has to offer, beautiful gardens and landscaping, delicious pastry’s, farm to table and cooked to order breakfast, friendly staff! Best in Mount Vernon!
I started at the Mount Vernon Inn for about 9 months, while I was looking for my dream home to buy. I have to say Kate was amazing. They were very accommodating to my needs and worked with me as I didn't know when I would find the home I would buy. Thank you!
Only in town for one night, but this place was exceptional in all areas!! From the comfortable and clean room to the most friendly staff. The continental breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying here if you’re in Mount Vernon!
