Great Laundry Solution for Apartment houses
Absolutely horrible communication. Multiple rodent requests get ignored, had to threaten to call the city to get a response. Our manager Matt ignores every email and phone call so nothing gets fixed or addressed. They also send maintenance into our apartment with no notice or warning, who then leave doors open while our AC is on all day. We have also had homeless people break in and squat in the basement and that was brushed right under the rug by them
The best experience I have had with a landlord. They are incredibly responsive and responsible. They have responded to emergencies and minor requests with the same efficiency. Not to mention their staff, especially their maintenance guys (Connor and Bryan) are very nice and accommodating. If you are thinking of living in a building managed by them, don't think twice about management. They are great!!
The building they own, 25 Webster Avenue, has a consistentlt broken elevator that once broke with someone inside and the fire department came to get them out. When asked what their plan was to improve safety they basically said "these things happen."
