One of the better hospitals in New York City, amenities for familiars; I am happy with the stuff and facilities.
It gets hot at night. So ask for a fan if your admitted....
Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
Cold and sterile. This is probably one of the worst medical facilities I've been at. You feel like a number, not a person.
There was good pt care and everyone had good bedside manner
Waited more than an hour before seeing the doctor.
Great service by some of the city's best doctors. I've been treated for many things here; absolutely no complaints.
Smile as often as possible
I hate hospitals but the nurses here are phenomenal! They are so kind and attentive. It makes me comfortable knowing my grams is in loving hands.
