I really love doing business here! I bought my vehicle here and so did my business partner. We will only bring our trucks here for any service. I earn points with ford pass that I can use on future services which is already reasonably priced.
My dodge journey was checked good, except, they didn't put a new oil can in, an didn't fix the hole, where, they said, that the oil leaked out.
Got me in right away at appointment time. Service advisor was very helpful with recommended maintenance upcoming. Will bring my Lincoln here exclusively for service.
One hour into a seven hour trip a warning light came on in our Expedition. We had just passed The Motor Co and decided to go back and see if they could help. They did a quick check on our car and said, yes, we needed to have it repaired. They found a part at a close Ford dealership, drove to get it and squeezed our service in amongst their scheduled projects right away. They kept us updated on our repair and were great to work with. I drove 2 1/2 hours to The Motor Company to buy a 2021 Ford Bronco. The sale went very smooth and without issue. All the employees that assisted me were extremely helpful and clear throughout the sale process (if the boss sees this, they all deserve a raise). They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and I am in love with the Ford Bronco. Thank you very much again.
