A friend gave me a gift card for the mothership and I had a wonderful experience! Molly came over to my home and cooked meals for my family. They are delicious and healthy, thank you so much!!
Carrie and crew have created a welcoming, inviting, inclusive and supportive environment, with class and social offerings that I would happily recommend to mama friends!
I've been seeing Michele Gee for prenatal massage since the beginning of my 2nd trimester. She is an incredibly talented and intuitive massage therapist with a calm and reassuring energy. Michele has helped alleviate my back, hip and glute pain and keep my stress levels at bay. I'm so grateful to have found her to support me through my pregnancy!
Thank you to Carrie and everyone at the Mothership. Hiring a doula was one of the best decision we made. Having such knowledgeable and caring support before, during and after the birth was priceless! I look forward to the new mama support group and the other great classes you offer.

I love this new studio space! It's right next to a couple of my favorite places in west Asheville, urban orchard and short street (gluten free heaven) and the yoga space is vibrating with strength and enlightenment. The postpartum pelvic floor class I just took today from Margaret Kirschner has brought me the most awareness in my lower body I have had since having my baby. I very much recommend that class to any mother!
I had the pleasure of having Rachel as a doula for my second birth. She was warm and caring and helped me navigate through my birth the way I wanted to. If you are on the fence about having a doula I definitely recommend looking further into one and talking with Rachel. We didn't think we needed a birth doula with our first since we were birthing with a midwife. Things didn't go according to plan and it would have been extremely helpful to have a doula to help us through it, hence why I sought out Rachel for my second. I am ... read more
