I am a surrogate and I went in for an induction check in nurse was rude because we were 10 min early. but then switched her tone when our time was up. My Team for delivery was amazing especially my nurse Kasey she made me feel very calm, supported and loved. They made the parents very comfortable and supported as well. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Elias and my nurse while having my son. Dr. Elias was wonderful and made me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Summer, my nurse, was unbelievably kind, supportive, and attentive. She took such great care of me and I was so grateful to have her again as my nurse the following day. I recently lost my sweet baby girl at 37 weeks and delivered her here. Everybody we interacted with was so supportive and compassionate. Particularly my two nurses. I had to come back the following day due to some swelling and the same nurse wanted to take care of me. There were other nurses that dressed my sweet girl in the outfit we picked out for her and another took pictures for us. Thank you all so much for supporting my husband and I during the worst day of our lives.
This review is solely for Quinn- the nurse in labor and delivery to help mom in labor! She was absolutely amazing. I was there for support for my sister in law and I can’t say enough good things about Quinn. She is gem among Mercy Hospital and if you get her in your room, you will have a great experience. She was very aware, 10 steps ahead of everyone and just overall amazing with everything! Thank you Quinn!
We had a great experience, it was our first baby and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and respectful. Nicole who was our first nurse in labor and delivery was extremely helpful in helping push labor along for my wife, and was all around great to work with. Sarah who was our delivery nurse was fantastic throughout the delivery process, as well. Dr. Ireland delivered and was also great. Facilities were excellent, only issue is parking. Wish there were parking spaces closer to the door specifically for patients.
