The Moscoso Group was great to work with for the sale of our home in Pembroke Falls. They explained the process in detail, provided guidance on how best to get the home updated to ready it for sale, and worked with us and vendors to get the home on the market in a very reasonable period of time. They marketed the home quite well, held open houses and showings that did not disrupt our lives and vetted the offers received. I would recommend the Moscoso Group as a home seller's advocate.

One star is too generous to describe this individual and his shady real estate practices. His license should have been revoked for not disclosing major facts such as pending liens on properties and then buyers having to pay for the liens after closing, for lying and not disclosing material facts that would affect the sale of properties, and much more… Think twice before hiring this realtor or his wife to represent you in any transaction, they’re dishonest to the core and you will end up with expenses you were not counting on... read more
