I am a member and love MA! We went for the Illumination last night and it was nice but not quite as spectacular as last year (When I bought two sets of tickets last and went twice!) I feel lucky to have such a wonderful & special place near our home and I am grateful I can support it!
We went to the holiday Illuminations exhibition. Such a great experience! There were fire pits and warming tents along the way which helped in the cold weather. It was beautiful and a fun event for the entire family
It was magical and the start of a new Christmas tradition!
Last night the snow falling added to our magical, fairyland experience. There were reasonable breaks in the crowds so I could just stop and take it all in while the grandkids rolled about in the open areas. I was born and bred in a working class Chicago neighborhood, and despite my age, I still feel like a kid with my nose pressed up against the toy store window at Illuminations. A peaceful place for a short walk or to clear your mind. Love this place
Illuminations had fantastic lights. Stopped for hot cocoa along the walk. Also stopped at a couple of fire pits to warm up. Dress warm and it's fine.
My first time here and the Illumination Light Show was awesome. The snow storm that hit us that night did not stop the crowds from attending and I'm very happy we went. My grandkids loved it and want to return. Your staff was great in clearing the paths of snow as best as possible, the snow was really coming down but made everything so beautiful. We loved it. The crowd didn't bother us one bit. Thanks for the shuttle bus we had to park in the last open lot. I enjoyed this event so much, I'm going to buy a membership. Keep up... read more
