Went for the lights show and it was better than last year. Only down side is that you have to arrive within your time slot you purchased your ticket for. Otherwise, Morton Arboretum out did themselves.

My sister, mom, aunt and I took my 2yr old niece there on November 18th around 5:30p. It was beautiful and interactive for the little one. Really enjoyed Illuminations -even in the rain opening night. Concession stands & burning fires to warm up at make it great family fun. A little pricey but was beautiful! This place is fun anytime & very family friendly.

I came to the Morton Arboretum for the first time when I was eight days old. My family have been members my whole entire life and 28 years later I got married here. Not only is the Arboretum a breathtakingly gorgeous place, but everyone who works here is so kind and lovely. Denise and Caryn in particular worked so hard to make my wedding perfect! This will always be an incredibly special place for me and my family

I definitely recommend taking a drive around by car then pick a place to dive deeper into to walk or bike through. To explore and walk through the wisdom of the trees.

Such a wonderful place for families! The field trip my son was on with peers included indoor time looking through microscopes and digging for decomposers. Outside our guide scooped up water and leaving organisms from the lake for the children to look at and identify. It was really fun and the children enjoyed all the hands on activities.
