If any one is looking to refinance I recommend Salomon Chong. I refinanced in December. It was a zero cost refi. I paid no closing costs. The refi took less than one month. I spent last April-August dealing with another mortgage broker that constantly harassed me for documents and I eventually walked away from them. Salomon requested a lot less documents. He also found a cheaper rate that what the other company offered. I love saving money and spending less on interest. Thanks Salomon.
