Jack from Aero Electrical Services was very professional, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to find the issue we had with our ceiling fan. He identified the problem, solving the mystery of why no power was coming to the fan, and fixed it swiftly. Wanted to replace a ceiling fan/light with a new one. The electrician was very communicative and efficient in coordinating the project. The assigned electrician was very prompt, competent, courteous, and even cleaned up the area he had used afterwards. I was so happy with their service that I'd certainly hire and recommend Aero Electrical Services for another project.
A year ago I hired Aero Electrical Services and the electrician to install a transfer switch. Unknown to me at the time it was not working correctly and when I finally went to use it, it failed. He came out as soon as he was aware of the situation and ensured it was working correctly prior to leaving. He went out of his way to provide great customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending theirs to others.
I found Aero Electrical Services online and based on the reviews, I called them. The call was answered promptly and service was scheduled. Ian called the day before the service to confirm the appointment. I had called other electricians in the area, had to leave a message, and did not get a call back for 2 weeks. Ian is prompt, efficient, and a nice guy. I would highly recommend Aero Electrical Services . Very happy with our outdoor light installation..
We hired Aero Electrical Services for a number of jobs at our house and we couldn't be happier. The electrician added some outlets in the basement as well as outside and added some extra lighting to our living room and kitchen.
