Blake made our experience of looking for a condo in Boca Raton very simple. We gave him an idea of what we were looking for and he set up about 10 different condos to look at on a Saturday. We visited each one in an orderly way and were able to find a condo we liked that day. We put an offer in later in the week and closed shortly after. It was a pleasure working with him . When we upgrade to a larger home we will be sure to call Blake again

Hi. Blake was superb. He promptly found a buyer and once the process with that buyer started, he knew how to get things accomplished, followed up on every step and was immediately responsive to me and all the deal players by email, text and phone 24/7. Although my deal was relatively small, my deal was still super important to him. We closed without any issues. I recommend Blake highly to all—you will be happy if you use him!!
