RecommendedThis community and facility is wonderful. The staff, from management to receptionist and maintenance, are very professional and polite. Also with variety convenient shopping plazas and restaurants within 10 minute walks, make the area a prime location. Compared to other places I've lived before, Modera is by far the most impressive to me. If you're looking for a spot where you are going to get the most for your buck, I highly recommend this community.
Recommendedmy apartment is beautiful and super close to everything
I see people regularly clean the buildings, the people in charge take care of issues quickly and well, the people who live here have overall been friendly and helpful (I’ve had someone from the gym help me lift a heavy package I couldn’t lift myself, and my partner and I have been invited to hang out with our neighbor), the amenities are fantastic, and most importantly the apartment is fantastic. Terrible management, poor parking, nothing works and you pay for “luxury” apartments. Stay away if you can...
Horrible , poor management , nothing is working . Elevators are not working for 2 weeks .
The fire alarm will go off and it’s a false alarm and it doesn’t matter where they’re out of business call or asleep in bed there’s a lot of things that don’t work like the televisions in the workout room they always say that they’ll get to them there is no place to buzz in a visitor in the parking lot this place cost a lot of money and they should not have so many things “about to be fixed”
