I drove an hour to tour an apartment here only for management to tell me they "can't access their schedule" for this complex, and they lost my appointment. Several confirmations were sent to me verifying the appointment, very unprofessional.
These clowns charged me $200 after moving out without any explanation, took my security deposit without stated reason. The Lennox, who owns this building, gave me no response when I asked about it. Avoid these grifters, just another giant apartment complex who doesn’t care about the people or city they moved into.
I'm a resident at the Morgan apartments, my experience there has been terrible. On June 30th my key was stolen and when i contacted the emergency number, they told me that they could not open my door because it is not a emergency. They also told me that I have to have a locksmith open it. That locksmith cost me $150. The building has a on-site maintenance person who just could have easily unlocked my door. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is very walking friendly. Sellwood has a small town feeling with a friendly vibe. Only been here a couple of months but it feels like home.
