The apartment complex is great but it's run very very poorly. Inconsistent email replies, utilities bills Fluctuate wildly without change in Routine. Most recently my lease renewal fell through for some unexplained reason and i didn't get any notice for 6 months so now i am getting charged 700bucks . All they want is ur money, renters beware, ill be moving out asap im sick of this place
Staff is unresponsive and not for the patrons. The staff will not help you with management.
I drove an hour to tour an apartment here only for management to tell me they "can't access their schedule" for this complex, and they lost my appointment. Several confirmations were sent to me verifying the appointment, very unprofessional.
These clowns charged me $200 after moving out without any explanation, took my security deposit without stated reason. The Lennox, who owns this building, gave me no response when I asked about it. Avoid these grifters, just another giant apartment complex who doesn’t care about the people or city they moved into.
