DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This is the most horribly managed apartment you could ever imagine. Ashley Ingram and Connie Noland do not care about the residents of this building at all. My apartment was flooded by an upstairs neighbor, and what followed was a complete disaster. Ashley had been the 3rd hired on manager in the 2 years I lived there, and was completely unprepared to handle such a situation. Staff is unresponsive and not helpful to the patrons. The staff will not help you with management or maintenance. I’d give zero if I could. Do not come here.
The apartment complex is great but it's run very very poorly. Inconsistent email replies, utilities bills Fluctuate wildly without change in Routine. Most recently my lease renewal fell through for some unexplained reason and i didn't get any notice for 6 months so now i am getting charged 700bucks . All they want is ur money, renters beware, ill be moving out asap im sick of this place
