RecommendedThe closets are the best I've ever had!
I’ve lived here for a year now. No complaints. Service calls are prompt, staff friendly and the pool/gym is great. It’s always quiet and the grounds are well maintained. Great that it’s walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Location is great! Parking could be better, especially if you’re late coming home. Otherwise I recommend it!
Staff is disrespectful. Apts have been built crappy. If you put in a request, it’ll take 18 days for them to even get back to you. Noise is horrible. And parking is the worst thing you’ll ever experience.
Sad that Foshee is all about MONEY and only MONEY happy I read the reviews and didn't move in these apartments ..... $1000 plus dollars amount is to much for the tenants to be complaining already. Sometime it's better to spend less money and get better quality .. .. People car's been broking into ....Mildew in the closet sad, smh shame on you
My sister's car was stolen from this apartment complex and her husband's truck was broken into and damaged. The office and management have done nothing to help. They made them wait 2 days before they could watch the surveillance videos and then proceeded to watch the video without my sister and her husband and claim to see nothing. I absolutely love living in The Morgans! The staff is amazing and they know me on a first name bases! Sonya and Mallory are more then Leasing Agents they are my friends!! The Property Manager, Kendra is so personable and has assisted me in fixing whatever issues I have had. Don't believe all that bad reviews that you see, let's just say there are always two sides to the story. The maintenance guys are very nice and handle your work orders in a timely manner. I'm so excited about the rest of my time at The Morgans!!
