I’ve been using this company to clean my STR for the past two years, and they’ve been consistently reliable. They work quickly, do an excellent job, and are always punctual. Most importantly, they understand the demands of short-term rentals and the importance of fast, dependable turnover service. They truly understand the business.
Paid for a deep cleaning! He didn’t clean base boards he didn’t sweep or mop upstairs bathroom. He only cleaned shower glass and not the shower!! Called and spoke with management and was told that by the picture he sent he did a good job! Well pictures can be deceiving. HE DID A POOR JOB!!!! Then he knocked down my curtains!!
Needed a move out clean done quickly as new renters were ready to move in! Made a request via google and they were available, accommodating, and very reasonable with their quote. Most importantly they did a great job!!! VERY professional and worked quickly to ensure that we got our deposit back! Highly recommend
