Paid for a deep cleaning! He didn’t clean base boards he didn’t sweep or mop upstairs bathroom. He only cleaned shower glass and not the shower!! Called and spoke with management and was told that by the picture he sent he did a good job! Well pictures can be deceiving. HE DID A POOR JOB!!!! Then he knocked down my curtains!!
Needed a move out clean done quickly as new renters were ready to move in! Made a request via google and they were available, accommodating, and very reasonable with their quote. Most importantly they did a great job!!! VERY professional and worked quickly to ensure that we got our deposit back! Highly recommend

I’m not thrilled with the work. It wasn’t terrible but like for instance my French doors weren’t wiped down or windexed at all. I left instructions which were followed but some things I didn’t write down and it would seem they would just do it anyways and they didn’t. For instance, I have a long mirror in one of the rooms that they didn’t even touch. I did say to just do blinds and fan in that room but still you would think if they saw that filthy mirror they’d give it a wipe down. One of my walls had lots of food residue fr... read more
