Keona, was very informative and accommodating. She made my tour feel comfortable and inviting.
Came for a tour and was help beyond my expectations with Keona. She was patience and helpful throughout the whole visit. A great start to considering a new living.
Mrs K was amazing and thoughtful during the whole tour. I loved her attitude and vibe. Parts of campus were beautiful, but some parts (particularly hidden away) were unkept with weeds and furniture. I loved the apartment layout but I didn’t like the way some neighbors treated their apartments and did not enjoy the smell of cigarettes/ weed when I entered the toured apartment. Regardless, thank you for the opportunity.
Since the new management has taken over, I have noticed improvements in communication and in getting maintenance issues addressed in a more timely manner. While there have been some problems along the way, management has been willing to help and work toward resolving concerns when they arise. I appreciate the efforts being made to improve the community and the responsiveness I've experienced recently.
