The worst apartment complex I've ever lived in If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex has been a complete nightmare. My unit had roaches and mice, even though they claim to charge for “extermination.” They add trash fees every month, but the trash is never taken care of and the property stays dirty. There are serious maintenance issues too — including squirrels in the ceilings and other problems they ignore. Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and does not care about residents at all. BINITIA THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE IS VERY N8CE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE REALLY MADE A POSITIVE TURN. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW MAINTENANCE. THE GROUNDS ARE REALLY CLEAN AND IT'S REALLY QUIET. I LOVE MY APT AND I DON'T PLAN ON MOVING. HOPE TO LIVE HERE FOR AWHILE.
