RecommendedI noticed most of the folks complaining here about the building's management don't really elaborate. I've lived here almost a year and every interaction I've had with Nina and the leasing agents has been positive, friendly and helpful. Nina, Doug, Jasmine and Alexis have all gone far out of their way to help me find packages or get myself or guests into our apartment when we are locked out. Management is extremely poor at communicating. Elevators are constantly down and they refuse to actually replace them. 1 or 2 are down each week at least. The freight elevator has been down for a month and management has only sent out one communication on it. Front desk employees have been getting fired or quitting almost on a weekly basis. This isn't a luxury building by any means but tries to act like one. Do yourself a favor and don't live here.
Hey, great! We’re down to one functioning elevator again. How long will this “custom ordered” part take? Five weeks, like the last time? Or two months like last November? Unless you like adding 15 minutes to your day just to get up or down from your apartment, you might think about choosing a nicer, cheaper place!
Unless you like climbing up & down stairs a lot in an expensive building, it’s probably not the place for you. Constant struggle keeping elevators operational. They did a great job making the building pretty, but failed miserably in making the elevators functional.
I recommend you keep looking. I don’t know why I just resigned a 3rd lease. Constant elevator mishaps.
Look at the hallways being finalized! Great colors and design. And so, DO NOT get me started on the lounge on the second floor! The Montrose is the New Luxury building in Buena Park! Come see for yourselves! Tell them TOM sent you!
