I have enjoyed office visits, but have had a horrible experience with cataract surgery. I was told they would not file my blue cross insurance because they didn’t cover my cataract surgery because of the lens I had to get. My insurance company disagrees and said they will cover it, Montgomery Eye is refusing to file my insurance and does not have annotated nor can they tell me what the over $1000 I’ve already paid out of pocket was for. This is very suspicious and suspect! Where is my money???
Everyone there was so nice! I was nervous and they helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of
They definitely delete most of the bad ones. Awful customer service. Canceling surgery. Rudy on the phone. Pathetic! Just go somewhere else, they need to be cancelled!
