Hector and Benjamin We’re so kind and responsive to our concerns. They even helped out with an additional concern that was not part of my work order during the same visit. I’m really gonna miss how efficient the maintenance crew was at this apartment as I am moving out to a different state, unfortunately.

This is by far the WORST place to live in - go to Alara across the street or Mondrian. This place sounds like it's affordable, but it is not - and you are literally paying for the floor, ceiling and walls. It is inhabitable - the blinds fell on me multiple times and scarred my face. the sliding closet door fell on me mid night while i was sleeping - luckily my bed was placed farther away. AC went out and Daniel was very helpful in getting it fixed and bring us a portable unit until he was getting the ac up and running again
Put in an emergency request for our AC unit as it had stopped working. Daniel was kind enough to drive back to the apartments to fulfill it after he had already left for the day. Saved us from a very hot night!
