Maintenance men Marcello and Alberto are great. They make sure problems are solved in a timely manner, once alerted. Efficient, friendly, and very helpful.
Management -- 2 stars. Unforgiving of a $160 late fee for my first and only time I was ever past due on rent (by a couple hours, no less). Overcharged me hundreds of dollars for move-out damages, but fixed it with only a moderate amount of hassle. Large management companies tend to take very little accountability for the experience at their individual communities. The entire Windsor team is sensational! Robert, Garrett, Courtney and Talia (along with the housekeeping & maintenance staff) make The Monterey a very comfortable & safe home for all. Community events bring together friendly neighbors (the Dallas Way). I highly recommend The Monterey as your next home...
Overall excellent value for money, apartments are not new but well maintained. My AC unit was failing (still working but couldn't cool apartment below 80F), in less than 24H local team confirmed need to replace unit and day after, HVAC team replaces whole indoor unit (half day of work). Thinks can break, but if they do the most important is a speed and quality of fix. This is on spot.
