I have lived here since it opened and I can't imagine a more convenient friendlier and in many ways intimate place to live in New York City. A lot of the staff have been here as long as I have been and it makes it so warm. It has all the conveniences of living in a luxurious hotel.
My first home in NYC. Everything I dreamed of: view of Central park, school for my children, new friends. Lucky me.
Fantastic place to live! Near playground, 2 subway lines, Central Park. Been here 6 years, raised a child here, love it.
this is a great place to live. location is fantastic and rooftop is just amazing. very convenient to have a pool and gym right in the building too
