I called to schedule a tour for a three bedroom apartment that is listed for availability at the beginning of April and they told me on the phone that they won’t have anything ready till the end of July and when I told her what their website says she got an attitude with me and told me their website is through a third party and they don’t control it. Well maybe y’all should handle your own website so people aren’t getting mislead by your “available apartments”. False advertisement
Prospective tenant here. So far so good! While a buddy and I intend to move very soon, Amber and the leasing office were VERY helpful. As apartments were getting low, she prequalified/preleased to hold the apartment we would be getting, among so many other things! While I could go into detail about everything Amber did for us during the prelease process, I will just say that it is amazing to have office staff this friendly. Under the old ownership this place was trash. Late last year the ownership had changed and the new management team has gone above and beyond for me. This place has improved so much
